Description

Cool Georgia peach slush brings summer refreshment to your glass with delightful fruity flavor. Blended peaches and simple ingredients create a chilled drink perfect for hot afternoons.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Peach Schnapps
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 12 cup (120 milliliters) brandy

Flavoring Ingredients:

  • 4 peach tea bags

Base Ingredients:

  • 9 cups (2.1 liters) water
  • 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Create a sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar in a large saucepan until sugar completely dissolves. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare peach tea by steeping tea bags in boiling water according to package directions. Set aside to cool completely.
  3. In a spacious container, thoroughly combine the cooled sugar syrup, brewed peach tea, frozen orange juice concentrate, frozen lemonade concentrate, Peach Schnapps, and brandy. Ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer the liquid blend into a shallow freezer-safe container. Place in the freezer for 48 hours, periodically stirring every 6-8 hours to prevent solid freezing and maintain a slushy consistency.
  5. When ready to serve, use a sturdy scoop to extract the semi-frozen mixture. Fill glasses approximately two-thirds full with the peach slush.
  6. Complete the drink by topping each glass with chilled club soda or Sprite, creating a light, effervescent texture that enhances the overall refreshment.

Notes

  • Adjust Sugar Levels carefully to prevent an overly sweet or bland taste, using less sugar for a lighter version or more for a sweeter profile.
  • Customize Alcohol Content by reducing or omitting Peach Schnapps and brandy for a family-friendly mocktail that everyone can enjoy.
  • Experiment with Fresh Peaches by blending ripe, chopped peaches into the mixture for an intense, natural fruit flavor and added texture.
  • Create Variations by swapping peach tea with other fruity tea flavors like mango or passion fruit for a unique twist on the classic slush.
